Complaint Review: Somerset Pointe Apartments

Hello for any person considering going to somerset pointe Apts let me tell you the sun isnt always shinning on somerset!!!!! As a matter of fact its pour like the Dickens!!! I was a resident of somerset for two years. All was well untill the current management took over since then the community has gone down hill!!!!! Your vechicals get vadalized in the parking lot. and when you talk to Whinne all she says is yeah thats been happening. The main reason I am writing is I have been having a 3 month battel to get my security deposit back. I call and spoke with JIm I tell you his name because if you talk to him you might as well hang up because you will get the same amount of business accomplished. Any way back to the subject I spoke with Jim 3 months ago and he confirmed my amount and submitted my request to his parent company. A month goes by I talk to jim againg I give the same information I gave him last time. He assures mt that my check will be here in 3 to 4 weeks. Another month goes by and still no check! WHen I call and speak with their manager Whinne she apologiezes and says shell get to the bottom of it. Ok so another month goes buy still no check. I call whinne and she stated she would call me back. WEll she didnt. I just got off the phone whith her. I told her i didnt unerstand why it was taking so long. SHe had no answers. I proceeded to tell her that this was unacceptable and she took no blame saying and I quote "Its not my fault and they dont pay me enough to deal with this s**t" THen I told her it was her fault because shes the boss!! And bosses take responsability for the actions of their workers. Then she Yelled at me on the phone telling me what did I want her to do about it. I said get me my MONEY!!!! You know heven forbid I was 3 months late on the rent. I would be homless. The management at somerset is unprfessional and un reliable. If I could have my way they would all be fired!!!
