Nushopsolutions.com fails to complete any website guarantees or sales obligations El Monte California
I placed an order with this "company" on the 8th of July, 2008. The website promises shipment same or next business day or the shipping is free and upgraded. I received a shipping confirmation dated the 16th of July with a tracking number. They did not, however, upgrade shipping nor remove the shipping charge.
The USPS tracking did not have a record of this package until the 25th of July, which was delivered on July 30.
The item received was not the item I had ordered by any stretch of the imagination.
I immediately emailed the "company" pointing out their error. I did get a reply stating that they would immediately ship the correct item andasked me to return the item that was shipped in error.
I should have held it hostage, but, instead, I shipped the wrong item back, which the USPS confirmed was delivered.
I still do not have the original order, and have not been able to make contact with them. My emails go unanswered.
