Received the trail bottle of Acai Berry diet pills....well the package did not contain ANY information of where to cancel or that you will be billed $87.65 every month whether you want it or not. I have tried to contact them, but with no luck till today.
I called 1-866-913-0756 today and finally spoke with a live person,(she was kinda rude)...(probably from all the complaints), I stated that I wanted to cancel and wanted all my money back totalling $306.92 and she stated that once the product leaves the warehouse, no refunds are given. I told her that her company was a big rip off and a fraud and she hung up, but not before she gave me the conformation #. So hopefully they will not bill me anymore.

I've actually tried out one of the many Acai Berry diet pills, and I ordered myself a 30-day trial of it a few months ago. After my trial period ended, I noticed that when I recieved my bank statement, I was charged some $80 and some change and recieved another bottle of the diet pills that I DID NOT re-order. When I finally got hold of Customer Service to ask about it, the rep simply told me that "it's stated in the trial contract" that you have a certain amount of days AFTER the date you RECIEVED the product to not continue the product or to keep having them shipped and be charged for it.

I was completely thrown-off and almost shocked, because I've never heard of such a thing. Trial products are supposed to be JUST trial products, and if you don't like them, don't bother ordering anymore, right? Apparently, they found a way to rip curious customers off like myself. Well, I wasn't able to send the unused product back and certainly didn't get my money back either. So, just a helpful tip: PLEASE DO read every single tiny detail on these offers. I've learned my lesson.
