I ordered their advertised Free Trial for $3.97 in shipping costs only. A little over two weeks later, an $80.00 charge is on my credit card and I'm FUMING. I didn't sign up for anything.

There is no website available for these rip-off artists, only a customer service phone number and no one seems to be manning that.

It appears that you ordered our 21 day trial offer for one of our products, for our trial offer you pay just $3.97 upfront to cover the shipping and handling costs. We also provide a link to review the terms and conditions of the offer on the order page; you must check the box accepting the terms of the offer or your order would not process. In the terms and conditions we explain that if you are unsatisfied with your trial order and return the unused portion within the 21 day trial period you would not be billed a thing. If you keep the products after the trial period you would be billed $79.90. We also provide you with more time after the trial period endsa total of 30 days from the date of purchase in which you can return your order for a refund.

We understand that you may have had trouble getting through to our company. We can be reached by email and our call center is available seven days a week, should you call after normal business hours you are more than welcome to leave a voicemail message that we return within 24 hours. We would like to offer further assistance with your order, please contact customer service at 1-877-242-1376.
