The offer you ordered from was advertised as a free 21 day trial of Acai Berry Edge this offer was never advertised as a free trial sample. We would like to apologize if you misunderstood the terms and conditions with this promotion. With this offer you would be charged $3.97 up front to cover the shipping and handling. In the terms and conditions of the offer we explain that you can try this product out for 21 days, if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason you can call us to return the unused portion. If we receive the trial order returned to us within the 21 day trial period you are not billed for them. If you keep the products past the 21 days then you are charged $79.90 for the two bottles kept. I'm not sure where you read that you would be billed $87 for the trial order or for future shipments. Additionally, we do provide you with another 9 days after the trial period ends in which you can still return your trial products for a refund.
Also included with this offer is an autoship program which begins 45 days after the date your order is placed. Every 45 days another shipment is sent out for a discounted price of $69.90 and with free shipping. This service can be cancelled or postponed at anytime.
