Nutra Life Brands This company is a scam. They send product to you and then bill you for it two weeks later after they advertise you only have to pay $6.95 for shipping. They take advantage of senior citizens and are extremely rude and condescending when you call them they even have the nerve to state they don't have a record of your sending a product back to them. This company is a scam operation. They advertise there is only a $6.95 shipping fee and then charge your account over $70.00 two weeks later.
When you finally reach them they give some song and dance about refunding the money if you send back the unused product. They give you a number and you send it back.
Two months later I still haven't received my refund and when I called (after being on hold for over ten minutes) I got a unpleasant and rude individual who claimed there was no record of their ever giving me a return number. She was extremely rude and casutic and when I asked to speak to a manager she made another rude comment at which point I lost my temper. My comment was, "alright smart a*s". She asked me to repeat what I said so she could hang up on me and I said fine and hung up on her.
I have a heart transplant and diabetes and my medications are extremely expensive. I can't afford to lose that kind of money since I live on social security.
This is a terrible scam.
