Saw charges on credit card that I do not remember making.  Called phone numbers associated with charges.  Found out that the product I ordered for a shipping/handling fee only had now charged the full price for each product.  $79.61 for one, and $79.68 for the other. Nearly $160.00 for one month supply of a product that did not do as advertised.

The person I spoke with said that I would have had to cancel the recurring order within 30 days of ordering to not be charged the additional monies.  I did not recall that being in the website information on the products. I was and am livid!

I asked for a complete refund, but the person with this company said she was only authorized to give a 50% discount and I could not return the products since it was past the 30 day window. This does not sit well with me.

This company (by whatever name it chooses to go by) misled me and from what I gather from reading other posts on other sites, misled others.  I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and any consumer fraud organization to report this/these companies.
