On January 26, 2017 I phoned 844-658-3818 and when answered the woman answering had an accent unfamiliar to me so I asked if I was speaking to a customer service agent in the continental United States. Her immediate answer was no, so I asked in what country is she located then she said Georgia. Whenm I querried further she became hesitant and pretended she didn't understand my question. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she tried endlessly to dissuade and delay me.
Finally, she came back online and told me that the supervisors were unavailable and doesn't know when they'd be available. I hung up. I phoned back immediately at 844-658-3817 and got another woman and I asked her if I was communicating with a customer service agent in the Continental United States and she replied yes. I ask where specifically where and she replied Utah. I aked her to connect me to a supervisor and was again met with delays and misdirection. She asked why I needed to speak to a supervisor, and before she could connect me she had to know the reason for my request.
She insisted that even though she was not a supervisor she could help me. She asked me specifically what the matter was and when I told her about the woman in "Georgia" and why I am getting different information from different agents ans specifically why the last girl said no to USA location the changed her response to yes USA, thw woman asked me if I wanted to place an order and I responded:" It depends on what the supervisor had to say" The woman then said it is to early and no supervisors are available and asked me again if I wanted to place an order and I replied "why won't you answer my original question as to why I am getting inconsistent information and she hung up on me.
I have only ordered once prior to this communication with them. I will never from them again.
