Nutra Today Didn't receive item until 3/9/17; that was when they charged me. Supposed to be trial, called, they said no refund. Internet
I ordered a supplement from Nutra Today that was supposed to be a 30 day trial; but they always charge you in 14 days.
I had not received the item until 3/9/17 - which they charged me the full price on that day.
I called to let them know I just got it and had not time to try, and no paperwork was in the mailing to have a number to reach them. Looked on bank statement for phone number.
Their reply was they couldn't do anything about it since it was already charged - would just cancel the account! I asked for a refund of the $79.25, but they said "nothing they could do." Call if customer service could be of any more assistance.
Well, they never assisted, did not give a "14 day trial", as the tracking number could show I just received it, but they refused to help or refund.
I cannot afford $80.00, for a product that I don't even know if it will help. This is a terrible company, and I have no way of retrieving my money for something I haven't even tried.
