Complaint Review: Nutra Way/Nutra Now

I ordered their 14 day supply of dietary supplement for just the shipping charge of $4.80, seemed reasonable enough.  It asked if I also wanted to purchase their Mango cleanse product, I said no, it popped back up as a yes!  I changed it to no again and it popped back up as a yes again! I said ok, it is only another $4 so I will do it.  I get the product within a week, they are the same old brown capsules with the iron and vitamin smell, nothing new. 

I didn't think anything more about it since I had 15 days to cancel my order if I wasn't happy.  I got emails saying the product had shipped and it showed the charges of $4.87 and $4.95.  Exactly 14 days later (including weekends) they put their second charges on my charge card bill of $79.25 and $79.61! 

They tell you they are sending you trial sizes and you have 14 days to try them, on the 14th day if you have not cancelled they charge you for the full price before they send anything else because what they sent you was the full size not the samples!  They will tell you when you call that they do no send out sample sizes of anything, you get the full size bottle and you will get charged for it. 

I explained to them several times that I did not want and didn't order even the trial of Mango cleanse and didn't order the full size of the diet supplement but they told me that I should have read the small print!  They finally agreed to give me a refund of half of the larger charges of $139.05 which ended up being a refund of $79.43 but only after I insisted on speaking with a supervisor and only then after threatenting to call the Better Business Bureau on them!  This is such a scam and they are misleading, cheating and scamming people every day.  I told them I will do what ever I can to make sure they can't continue to do this to other people.  This is such a RIP OFF!
