I put in my credit card to pay for S&H.I saw nothing about a 14 day cancellation policy. I received the product. A while later I went to Discover card and there was the survey. I did it again. I didn't notice that only one per person. I put in my info and it didn't go through. That was ok. left the sight. F,raud alert from my bank. I had been billed on both cards, double billing, $80, $85, and .$89. Nice FREE reward.
