On 8 Jul 09, I ordered a free trial of Resver XP for S/H (3.97) only. All offers to upgrade my order for further shipments were refused.

On 3 Aug 09, I had not received the product for trial and learned the company had charged 79.90 to my account for something I had not ordered and had never even received the product for free trial.

After getting the name of the company and phone number from my VISA account, I looked on-line and saw numerous reports of scams by Nutralane. I called Nutralane on 3 Aug 09 and asked them to cancel my request and credit my account. They refused and when I insisted, they became hostile and hung up.

On 7 Aug I received the product with a shipment date of 4 Aug 09. They had completely ignored my request to cancel. I refused the product and called them again and asked them to credit my account. They refused and hung up. I have disputed the charge with VISA and am filing a report with Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be stopped from advertising on-line. They are ripping people off.

Please note my address is incorrect in my complaint dated 8/10/09 posted at 4:19:17. It should read Lizella Georgia NOT Lizella Pennsylvania. Please correct this posting.

Please correct my location as listed in the ripoff report (8/9/09/7:18 PM). It is incorrectly listed as Lizella Indiana. It should read Lizella Geprgia.
