Nutrapeak Elites Diet Plan Con artists with deceptive small print...BEWARE Internet
Signed up for a free trial for 14 days with a buy in charge of $4.95 for a weight loss product...the pills arrived 13 days later and $79.68 was charged the very next day on the 14th day. I reported the charges as fraudulent to my bank and they reversed the charges, but I just learned that that I will be charged because supposedly I was informed by Nutrapeak that I would be charged if not cancellation within 14 days...14 days of when it was ordered???? or 14 days within delivery so I could do a trial. There was no follow up email with terms and conditions or receipt for the product delivered which should have reiterated the policy. Dangerously deceptive company...they need to be stopped because they fight back, know how to work the system and continue their corrupt business practices.
