Nutrasci This company has used false advertising on national television to lure customers into a recurring debit from your bank account, with the false promise of a "free" trial bottle, and only pay for shipping and handling! Lewiston Maine
To begin with, this product, "Vazoprin", is ineffective and weak. However, my problem with this company is their total lack of honor and integrity, as they have shown a blatent disregard for the truth. Their product "Vazoprin" is being advertised on national Television as: "A male enhancement product, which you can try a 30 day supply for FREE, just pay for the shipping and handling". When I called the number advertised to place an order, I was told by the customer representitive that the 30 day supply was indeed free, I just needed to pay the $8.99 shipping and handling fee. I told the representitive several times that I was not willing to incur any "recurring" fees or to obligate myself to any further purchases, at which I was assured that if I canceled any further orders within the 15 day trial period, no further charges would be incurred. Now get this, I was led to believe that I had 15 days to try their product {kind of a short time to try a 30 day supply, especially considering that it says in the litrature it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get results!} So I took them at their word, and ordered the product. When I recieved the product, I tried it for more than a week {nine days to be exact} and when I found that it did absolutely nothing for me, I called their customer service number to cancel the next order, and was told that " Sorry, you should have called yesterday, as this is the 16th day since you placed your order, and yesterday was the 15th day deadline for cancellation. Also, by the way, the full price is now in effect for your "Free" trial 30 day supply, so there will be no refund, and you will not recieve any more product, which I had understood would have been the reason for charging the full amount for. So, as it turns out, the "free" sample bottle was not free, they actually charged me the full list price plus shipping and handling, all because I called one day late. However, as I understood their customer representitive, I had "15 days to try thr product" which meant that from the time I recieved the product to when I called to cancel was actually only 10 days, but they were counting from when I ordered the product, which made it a total of 16 days. But how can I "try their product" when I hadn't even recieved it yet? Besides pushing a bogus product, this company is using fraudulant methods to "sucker" their potential "victims" into being hustled out of the full price for a supposedly "free" sample, and only pay the small shipping and handling fee of $8.99 {which was all a lie, as one would have to essentially cancel the next order immediately upon recieving the 30 day trial, to qualify with their rules!}
If their product were any good, why not allow the customer decide if they want to continue to recieve any more product, and why not give them at least the full 30 days to try the "30 day free sample" to see if it actually might be beneficial? I am a 59 year old male looking to enhance my sexual drive with a safer and more natural product than "Viagra", and I am just the kind of fool that this company preys on. They probably even hope that they can tap into the bank accounts the elderly and senile with their "recurring fees" and subsequent shipments of dubious products, and they also probably hope that many of their elder customers will be forgetful and will allow thgem to continue to gouge them for a full list price month after month, year after year. I have decided to go to a local television station in my area that investigates media frauds and see if they will help me to expose this organization as the crooks that they obviously are! Buyer beware!
