Complaint Review: Nutrashift

                              !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT TRUST NUTRASHIFT!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered on 1/19/14 for the free 30 day trial and only Billed for the shipping. I was billed for the shipping on 1/21/14. I received the product around  1/25/14. I started the product 1/27/14. It is now 2/3/14 and I'm being charged  $78.62 and $69.71. This company should not be trusted! When I phoned demanding the money be credited to my account they said it cannot be done with the "product" being opened, because it is after the 14 days.

So I read them the "Risk Free Trail Guarantee pamplete" that came with the product.That states " if you are not 100% satisfied that we have done everything in our power to help you lose weight and keep it off! simply call us toll free WITHIN 30 DAYS (Not 14 Days) days of your initial order date and we will happily stop your charge and provide you with a return address to send back the unused portion.

He then stated that he can give me 30% refund. I told him no I want 100% refund. I then explained to him about his pamplete again. and he came back saying  " we can give you 50% refund"  I told him no I want 100% refund that it's not about the pills now! it's about your company billing me 2 weeks after I ordered the Free 30 day trial and you are giving me such a hassle and saying something totally different from your pamplet. He replied; that I need to return the product to this address (901 Bilter Rd. Aurora, IL. 60502) and that when they get noticed that product was returned I will then get a 100% refund. So let's hope they honor there word and give me a full refund... So not happy right now

  I went to the post officer today to return the product. I also got the tracking,signature, and insurance. So let's hope they keep there word!
