they sell on emotional basis they try and scare you into buying it. there is no scientific proof that stainless surgical steel is better to cook on it is compared to Teflon. it does not improve your health and you cooking does became harder not easier be careful and look at other options there is 100% better cookware out there just go to your local home & living shop
Their Fine China is a rip off to you can buy better looking and better quality in your local shop
the cutlery does not get used by the queen
and there is no shop or tyope of brand out there call Sterling Mills that is a shopping complex in Scotland and England

As a happy Nutrimax customer, I can clarify some of Naughty's comments.
He/she stated:

The nutrimax system cooks my food in half the time it used to take. Therefore, if I left it in for the same amount of time, of course it's going to burn & use the same energy!.

If you google Teflon toxicity you will find a whole lot of scientific proof. Researching facts before spouting them is a good idea. Search is your friend.
