Nutrition World Nutrition World took my money, sent me a fictitious tracking reference number and is now ignoring me! Island Park New York
I ordered 3 bottles of digestive enzymes on 17 July (total cost $55-70) and am still waiting for them to be delivered.
I received an email from Nutrition World stating that my order had shipped on 26 August and they gave a tracking reference number - unfortunately Australia Post has no record of such a tracking number.
I have contacted the Australian freight company that does shipments for the company, but they have not had any orders from them since mid July.
I have emailed the customer service address and submitted numerous enquiries using the on-line form, but have not had a single response.
What a rip-off!
