NutritionResearchCenter.org Company did not ship my product and did not credit my card back either Internet

Another company to beware of is NutritionResearchCenter on the web. They use the suffix .org. They seem to be resellers of NutriPlex products. Their phone number on their website just rings with no voicemail no matter what time of day you call Their site says they ship in 1-3 days. I placed an order on March 7th. They hit my card immediately for 39.95 plus shipping. I log into their website and it still says "Processing". I emailed from their site to inquire about the delay. Their response was "If i was going to be so negative, they don't want my business'. WTF? no reason for the delay, no apology? I emailed them and told them to credit back my card. No credit yet and no product shipped. I deal with EBAY every day and am amazed at how professional and courteous the sellers are. They ship almost immediately. This company should require feedback! It would hold them accountable for their actions. The order for NutriPlex B Complex at $34.99 plus shipping was made online on March 7th. I got a response to my emailed inquiry yesterday (Mar 11th) that stated no reason for the delay or any apologies. just some arogant person telling me that that didn't like my negativity? I'll show them negativity if they don't either ship the product or refund my card. i call but there is no answer with the phone number on their website. Their site isn't even properly constructed. That should have been a tip off.
