I had ordered a trial sample of 2 products back in May, then they automatically mailed product to me that I had not requested. I returned the product immediately and was able to receive a refund for one item however it's now been 2 months and after many conversations with company representatives and many false promises to refund my credit card for a second charge of $99.96, they still have not honored their many false promises to refund my credit card. I was able to immediately CANCEL their renewal program of sending out the product every month, however this company has still not refunded me the $99.96. I was informed that they received the return product but still no REFUND. This company has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and only lie to it's customers. The product is horrible and I will never purchase anything from them EVER.
