Complaint Review: NW Loan Center - Robert Boyd

Robert Charges 2 points upfront and 2 points in the back on top of a $500 processing fee and usually another $50 -$500 Admin Fee, that's almost $7,000 on a $150,000 loan amount, ans well over half of that is more than likely coming straight out of your pocket.

Trust me you guys, you can find a much better deal out there. Robert will also claim the "He has been originating loans longer than anyone else in Bellevue" which is a load of crap because he's only 28 years old. I know people in Bellevue who have been in the mortgage industry for 30 years, that's 2 years before Robert was even being thought about. This guy is a rip off as well as this whole office.

It is ran like a mess, the girl that answers the phone is rude, the owner is in his early 20's and does not care how his employee's do their business. Nobody in this office has any real mortgage expirience. Trust me, Loan Officers are a dime a dozen in Bellevue and there are some good people in Bellevue, you just got to look for them. Keep looking...
