NWP Services is a water billing company covering apartment properties in Ga and the midwest! Their stated usage on my bill would be 1200 hundred gallons where in fact it was only a few hundred gallons! 1200 gallons for a single guy is quite abnormal! I am not the only tenant that had to go through the expenses of moving from Chattahoochee Landing, Roswell,Ga to another apt complex! Currently I reside a mile and a half away and my water bills went from $50-$80 per month to less then $15.00 per month! I have all my records! This could be a class action suit waiting to happen! Thank you!

What is your water bill? My power bill was never a problem! Although your heating bill sounds high! Good luck!

I moved into my apartment last October. My winter heating bill had been around 45 a month before that. Since moving in, my bill went to almost $200 a month for an apartment that is smaller, and better insulated then my house. There is something funny going on.
