Complaint Review: New World Video Direct

What they do is fraud, basicaly they do not carry the products you order and they promise you better products at a better price for your inconvenience the reality is those products are much cheaper and the quality lower then the one you order. My advice is to contact those agencies , is what I do right now:

The more of us will complaine about their way to do bussines the faster wiil make them be sorry and quite.This is what hapend to me: On may 6th 2009 I ordered from www.newworldvideodirect.com sony photo lenses and lens filter kit and I received Bower brands products instead . They contacted me by phone on May 7th 2009 and I talked to STEVEN , he told me that one Sony product was backordered for 8-12 weeks and they offered me a "superior product " , much better from the one I ordered .They claim I accepted to change my order entirely , so they send me all 2 products bower brand for lenses and a no name brand for the filter as an upgrade for my inconvenience .I never agreed to change anything but one set of lenses and now they claim they have a transcript of first discussion , and they never told me that our conversation will be recorded . They claimed they will send me better products than the ones ordered , when in fact , after a short research on internet i found the filter they send me for $ 50 in reality costs $ 10 , and the lenses a similar situation .That company practicies a baite and switch policy and I am not the only customer who was tricked by them . I tried by phone to convince them to let me send the products back - I never evan opened the boxes to look at them- but I was told they don't take them back - it looks like they don't take nothing back- and I was refused the right to talk to a manager . They did offered me $ 50 for all my trouble but I still cannot send the products back . All I want is to send everything back and get my money . They completely lied to me by claiming they will send me better products when in fact they are definetly inferior and a lot cheaper than the one ordered . These are the sony products I ordered

you can do your own research to compare the prices and quality from the products initially ordered and the ones received . also . absolutely everything they send me came without warranty , evan if on the paper it was said 10 years warranty .DO NOT DO BUSSINES WITH THIS BAIT AND SWICH COMPANY , YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU WILL DO IT , THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE OR TAKE BACK ANYTHING YOU ORDER FROM THEM EVEN IF YOU DID NOT USE THEM , THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSABILITIES FOR THEIR MERCHANDISE.
