this guy's real scammer. don't have any work done on your house by am he doesn't know how to do it right. he doesn't follow building codes violates safety codes he doesn't pull permits is uninsured. he doesn't have a bond and he does really bad craftsmanship. on Alameda job in NE Portland he screwed up two of the three decks he didn't frame correctly .Or use pressure treated wood where needed. hhe also never paid his subs for the job he left an outstanding balance of 16,000 dollars that never was received by the subcontractor he went ahead and pocketed the money. He's an all-around hack is half a**** and doesn't know his a** from his elbow. when it comes to building do not use this individual or North by Northwest construction and development. He doesn't even have a college degree .his ex wife cheated him all the way through college and fabricated hhis degree. he's a fraud and I strongly recommend not using tom or alicia with NORTH BY NORTH WEST CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT.his wife even took his CC B test to get a contractors license .she fabricates Adobe PDF forms for the state is not licensed 9 times out of 10. so if he screws up your house you're pretty much just out of luck because he doesn't even have a bond.
