In December 2021 I bought what's called an "Executive Aged Account" from NXTLVL.  This runs $50,000 and is basically an existing Amazon store which already has the "Buy Block" and other unlocked features.  This allows your store to start selling on day one. (As opposed to a newly created store at $25k which needs to spend about a year operating at a loss before you can unlock all needed features to truly profit.)  The sales pitch is that the store could theoretically operate at a 5% ROI every month.

Once the store was sold and they had my money, the honeymoon was over and they turned me over to the management company, OneUp.  I was informed that all issues had to be brought up with the management company which is a business-professional way of saying "We have your money, now don't bother us anymore."  It turns out the management company, OneUp, was just founded in November 2021.  This was one month before I purchased my store.  The reason this is odd is because the NXTLVL sales pitch featured videos of satisfied customers who have had working NXTLVL stores.  The implication is that these stores already exist and have for months/years.  How could this be true if I'm watching this sales pitch in Dec 2021 but the management company OneUp didn't even exist until Nov 2021?  "Years of success?"

So far OneUp has done nothing well, it's as if they're learning how to do their job at your expense.  They seem to have all sorts of issues that should have been ironed out long ago prior to going into business.  I could go on about them (and will below) but the real issue is that I bought a store and NXTLVL never provided me the ownership of the store.

I do have a Bill of Sale saying that I bought it, but they never got the username/password of this store from the previous owner.  The previous owner's e-mail account is permanently tied to the Amazon account.  This is as per Jason at Amazon support and I have that in writing from him.  This means they cannot set me as the new owner, so I must get the username/password of the primary Amazon account in order to manage where the money goes.  My  best friend's an attorney and the term he keeps using is "litigious negligence" in regards to the sale.  Imagine buying a car but they don't give you the keys or the title.  That's what this amounts to.  They didn't complete the sale, responsibly.

Any money this store has made can't go to me, but it could be diverted to the store's previous owner.

So far I have lost $6300 which I had to pay out of pocket to cover the expenses of my Amazon store's customer purchases.  In return, I  have absolutely no income.  The Amazon store claims to have about $5000 in it's funds, but since I don't have the admin username/password for the Amazon store, I have no way to set which bank it goes to.

This is neglicence in regards to how the sale and transfer was handled.  I would think this is easily correctable but they are "conveniently inconvenient" as the business term goes.

I can almost handle that this store could lose money because of poor performance, but that is not the issue.  The issue is about the poor sale and transfer which still don't list me as the owner of a store I paid $50,000 for.

The sad thing is NXTLVL could probably correct this by just contacting the selling party and asking for that info.  The even sadder part is that if this seller ever figured out that his old store has money in it, he could log into the Amazon store and divert it into his account.

I have so many issues with how poorly OneUp understands how to do their job and communicate that it would take an entirely different post to go into that.  Right now the major sticking point is I paid $50k for a store that doesn't let me log into it or claim any of the $5000 I made while losing $6300.  What other word would you use besides "Negligence"?

If you call NXTLVL, the phone goes to a busy tone.  The message is clear, we have your money, don't bother us.  If you message Michael Walding on his Instagram account, he doesn't answer (obviously) because who wants to soil your hands with those peon customers who gave you so much money?  Let them eat cake.  OneUp is no help because they're just reading off a script and they never read your e-mails.  "We're sorry that this is such an issue."  Yeah, everyone's sorry but they can't even repeat the issue back to you which tells me that never even read the e-mail.  My WalMart buyer's store ( which this Amazon store uses to buy from ) was deleted by WalMart about 3 months into it's operation; Nov 2022.  Last week OneUp asked me to test out the WalMart store, but it's been deleted for 2 months and they didn't even know.  They should have known since I contacted them in Nov 2022 to ask what happened but as usual they never respond.  They don't know what's going on.  They're run by toddlers.

NXTLVL isn't exactly a "scam" as much as it is a fradulently run business.  It could really work if the people were willing to put the time and work into it.  I'm talking about the same level of work that Walding talks about in his motivational finance videos.  Sdly he only talks a good game, he can't actually deliver.  All talk, no results.

NXTLVL has fixed this issue

NXTLVL isn't a scam, but I still maintain they run their business as if it's the first time.  This is no surprise since while NXTLVL has been around for a few years, their management company of OneUp is new as of 11/2021, one month before NXTLVL made their big 12/2021 sales push.

Anyhow, this past week NXTLVL/OneUp did finally get my store assigned to me.  The previous owner is no longer able to access my (purchased) Amazon store's money.  I am now the complete 100% owner and may access my own account.  As such, I'll offer a slightly more favorable view.  I can't say I'm "happy" because it took 14 months to do what should have been done from the start.  Nonetheless, I'm no longer upset about this store not being in my name.

NXTLVL is not a fraud or a scam.  Whether you make money or lose money, they are a legitimate business.  Even a legitimate business can lose money.  I totally get that.  I just ask that I have 100% ownership of my store and I'm okay with that.
