In early February this guy was selling some Shuttle Thermal Tile on eBay. I bought it, paid via PayPal, and was told that the item had been shipped. Over a month later, I had not received the item, so I contacted the seller about it. He was extremely rude with me, saying things like "Get the f*** out of my face" and patronizing me continually.

He later left negative feedback for me on eBay claiming that I had sent him a bad check. I had paid with PayPal.

Furthermore, the auction terms stated that he only would accept PayPal.

Ask yourself: Should a seller be engaging in libel against his customer? Of course not. This guy is a bad apple, and I'm glad I have a lawyer handy in case I need one in order to get the negative feedback removed.

Stay away from this seller.
