Complaint Review: NY Bulldogs

Feb. 24 - MY family drove to Brooklyn to pick up a puppy name Nellie with a deposit of $500 to reserve our puppy that we've selected via phone. Instead we received Viki. We absolutely LOVE Viki.

I've called Steve to inform him that there was a mix up with the puppies that we received, he said he was sorry about the mix and that it never happened before and he was willing to reinburse us for Viki shots. We thought okay fine we will accept that. Only problem is he never kept his promise. We've faxed him Viki's shots several times, made several phones and no effort on his part to reinburse us for the mix up.

AKC - we were told we would receive Viki's AKC papers in the mail. What we actually received was an application for AKC in which we would need to send payment.
