Complaint Review: NY Bulldogs (Puppy Elite)

I purchased an English bulldog in Sept from what was at that time called Puppy Elite Kennel from Steve. I found this Kennel online, and what they had to offer seemed pretty good, especially the life time guarantee offer. I met with a man called Steve who showed me what he had available. As soon as I saw the puppy I fell in love, I purchased the puppy for $1,300 dollars (which is a great deal for an english bulldog). After the purchase I asked Steve about general inquires concerning the dog and the AKC PAPERS that were suppose to come with the dog. He told me that the papers would get mailed to me within 8-10 weeks.

In Dec I called Steve to let him know that I did not receive any paper work, he told me to give it a little more time. After Jan had passed I decided to go online and do some research on this company (which I should have done before buying the puppy!) the first hit that I got off Google was from Ripoffreport.com, and after reading some of the comments that have been posted I knew that I was just another one of Steve's victims.

Luckily, my dog is very healthy and I haven't had any problems with him. I am just so upset about this situation. I know that he has taken advantage of many customers by stating something on a contract but at the end not providing anything.

I want to file a civil suit against NY Bulldogs to either get my money back or AKC papers, I personally think that everyone who has been a victim should band together and do something about this. Not only are we being scammed but who knows what he is doing with those poor puppies, obviously he is only concerned with the money and not the animals.
