I recently got a puppy from Ny Bulldogs. He is still on the site his name was Moe.

Less then 48 hours after his arrival he was diagnosed with parvo. He is probably not going to make it. Not to mention exposing my other dogs to this disease. No one will return my calls or emails. I have called the ASPCA in New York. I strongly advice everyone who has received a sick puppy to also email or call them Report these guys.

They are shipping sick puppies every day. Spreading parvo all over the country. I called the vet on my shipping paper they said they see a lot of puppies from these people. We may never get our money back and it wont heal the heartbreak of a dead puppy but maybe we can at least shut them down and make their life a bit more difficult.

Oh yeah and just incase you all didnt know there is a puppy lemon law in New York. Something needs to be done before tons more puppies get sick and die.

How can we start a class action law suit?

I too have been ripped off. My bulldog had worms and mange. I spent hundreds of dollars on medical treaments. I never got my AKC papers or anything else they promised. They never return my calls or emails. I have filed complaints with the BBB, AKC, ASPCA, NY Dept of Agriculture (who gets them their license), NY Attorney General, and all of their advertisers. I would like to contact the media such as "Shame on You". Does anyone know how? I would also like to try a class action law suit, but I don't know how to get started. How can we get in contact with each other? There is strength in numbers.

What you need to do

I purchased "moe's" sister "joy." She also is in the vet hospital with parvo and also in terrible state.
1. Contact the NY Attorney General , www.oag.state.ny.us, if this link doesn't work just google it. Print and file a general complaint form. NY does have pet lemon laws you just need a certification from the vet and any vet bills you have paid. Do this ASAP.
2. File a complaint with the better business bureau. go to www.bbb.org the company name is under Puppy Elite aka NY Bulldogs
3. Contact the NY ASCPA . Phone number is 212-876-7700 ext 4450. Report the situation to them. The more the complaints the better they'll investigate.
4.Contact via e-mail the AKC. Inform them of the false claims that these seller are making. (that the pups are AKC registered, they are NOT) www.akc.org or 919-233-9767
5.Contact via e-mail both nextdaypets.com and puppyfind.com Both of these website feature our puppies on them and the seller. Inform them of the sick puppies and unanswered calls. These website DO try to protect their clients. ( I did not by my puppy through them, but I did find the seller through them so it still is an issue they will address.
6.Dispute the claim on your credit card. Credit cards do offer protection. You did not pay for a sick dog without AKC papers
