Complaint Review: NY Partners

You posted your resumes on those jobsites! You get a call from NY Partners! the lady would be talking real fast: We have reviewed your resumes, we would like to set up an interview with one with our hiring manager......you might ask a question but she would tell you, this is a promotion job, you do consulting, promotion etc...you get excited, and can't sleep the whole night...get your interview question book and you know start brushing up on those skills.

You take the train, or drive..and try to get there on time. Oh boy 9th floor, got to be some great firm, esp if you have an office at 35th street! you start day dreaming, and you feel good about yourself! oh boy I made it this far, finally you even start to thank all the great professor who thought you at college etc...You get to the offic, you try to act professional, you go there, tell the lady that you have an interview. She just like a robot tell you to fill this application, make sure to attach a copy of your resumes because its get saprated! you fill out everything, and just wait there to be for your interview! Not bad! well the scary part is just coming! lol just jk..

You go for the interview, you expect to be hit by some hard questions but they actually don't let you talk, you will see that they are the one trying to sell something on you, why because you not getting paid by them, you will be selling their products and try to make them money! below I'll explain how that works. You are asked just one question at the end, what would make the manager to think about hiring you at the end of the night, when they are discussing your resume, and you just give it a best shot, you can say anything, but later by the time you get home you will be called for a second round up!

Here is how their business works! They get contract from those companies that you sell their products, On top those products are either given to them for free, or they will get a high promotion fee! Once they win the contract from those companies that you as a sale person will be selling it in the wind, snow, cold and sun and taking train along all the risk for being shot or stabbed at one of those dangerous new york city neigborhoods! Good Luck, you don't get  no benefits, you don't required any experience, you don't need any formal education, it's just a door to door sales job, you make less money on the person who's selling the newspaper on the streets! or you better off selling cold water by the brooklyn bridge! seriously if you not stupid, have some brain you shouldn't be working there! I hope after reading this report!
