I placed an order on the 1st of June and never recived my order. I then e-mailed the company and did not get an answer. I got the billing statment and themoney was taken out of my account at the time of the order. I later recived an e-mail saying that I would get a tracking number in 24-48 hours, it never came. That was three weeks ago. I sent another e-mail asking for my money back or just ant answer nothing came. Can you all please help me?

Since you PROBABLY paid via CC you should be ok. A work of advise. Always check the "Contacts" link of a company website. To have an e-mail @ yahoo not even your own domain is clearly a site that wishes to remain anonymmous. Never do business with any company online that doesn't give you a landline phone numer. (Then again who knows - it could be a disposable Cell phone.) I also like to see a "brick & morter" mailing address.
If you want to do a little more investigation, maybe you can contact the Scotsdale Arizona District Attorney's Office. The domain registrant info is listed below. It is clearly a business designed to help web-site owners be anonymous. Perhaps the DA's office can track the money flow. Also, check your CC statement and see who, and in what state your payment was paid to. (CC Company can help you). Contact that regions District Attorney. If nothing else they love the TV time for busting counterfeit merchandise sellers.

Jermaine, your trying to purchase illegal products from a web site that is probably run by a bunch of criminals trying to steal your money. Do you think Sears sells this stuff and you can call customer service? Their contact info is a Yahoo address that is probably full of un-read messages. Their "instant chat" is nothing but a picture and will "never" work. There is no phone to call, no street address, nothing. But you want help because you gave your hard earned money to a criminal gang selling replica products and stealing peoples money. If you paid by CC put a stop pay on it. If you gave them cash, you lost it.
