Complaint Review: NYS Incorporated Services

I own a hockey league in Syracuse, New York and looking to incorporate the business. I sent in an application to NYS Incorporated Services to file NYS corporation on 3-23-03 and they have not filed my papers, returned my calls, or given any explanation to the status of filing or any of my inquiries. A month after filing, they have not provided any explanation or returned any phone calls and the answers I receive entail, "I am not at liberty to discuss this." Management will not address any issue and I recieve continued broken promises of return calls. They received $361.19 from my business and have not produced any results. I have requested a refund to no avail. This organization is sham and more likely, a scam, preying on small businesses thorough the internet. Consumers: Stay away! I anticipate my course of action will result in litigation against this unprofessional and apethtic organization. Jim Liverpool, New York
