charged us $400 up front for a ADHD assesment for our daughter. Were too busy to review it, now I request a copy and they want to charge me for my daughters records.....
I called for information regarding my daughter they hid behind me needing to come sign a release for the information I paid them that they never told me about. Called back later, next lady said she would mail forms to me but it was 1.35 a page. I paid thousands for my daughters therapy and they need another $100 to give me her records.
