Complaint Review: Nzingha West Theratorial/Urban Academics

 Nzingha West deceived me into believing she was a caring individual who would deliver tutoring services for my 9 year old. This was NOT the case. Shes a phony scam artist who hasnt refunded my money. On the day she was expected to arrive at our home 10 minutes before appointment time she emailed me that she was in a car accident and her phone fell and broke and has no phone access only computer access (yeah ok). When iI asked her where was the accident she never replied (well of course). Next day I emailed her lets just cancel and please refund my money. Few weeks ago she emailed me that my refund was processed (all lies). Shes now ignoring my emails. I googled her name and I now see shes a phony/fraud. Wished I knew sooner.
