O'ConnorBuilders Group Terry O'Connor Builders Defective Building Park Ridge Illinois
We just recently bought a unit in one of the buildings built by this so called builder. It has since started showing signs of water leaking around the top of windows. When we approached the COA we were told that this has been a problem with 3rd floor units since the building was built. They had to replace the tops of the walls and repair much of the roof with no help from this builder. This was never disclosed to us and our attorney has told us it would not be worth it to go after this crook because he has probably hidden his assets. We will work with the COA but beware of this Terry O'Connor.
