My husband and I bought a vehicle from O'Connors and also bought an extended warranty with the vehicle. When we took the vehicle in to be fixed we were shoved out the door telling us that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. After so long of having to deal with them several times of them telling us that there was nothing wrong, our warranty lapsed and nothing was ever fixed on our vehicle.

I'd go ahead and give a call over to the warranty company. You paid your premium to them and your issues were never resolved. The dealership acts as the agent for the warranty as it relates to selling the product and submitting claims, but the dealership isn't the only one you can deal with if you have this sort of problem.

Go ahead and call the extended warranty company, explain your issue, and quite likely they'll try to help you.
