O'donnell a Uship shipper did not do one thing in the time frame he set. He was 2 days late on pickup and one day late on delivery. He damaged the shipment (Motorcycle), and even tried to hide the damage by epoxying one of the parts he destroyed on.
Do NOT use this Uship shipper.
