Complaint Review: O.H.'S Legacy And Or Magazine Fulfillment Inc.

On January 14, 2008 a magazine subscription vendor came to my door, saying she had been homeless and was trying to get her life back, would I buy a magazine subscription from her, and I purchased a 3 year subscription to People Magazine for $100.00 plus handling of 10.00, gave her a check for $110.00.

On July 3 2008 I still had not received my people Magazine so I called OH'S Legacy in West Michigan City, and requested an update, they said they did not offer People, I requested a credit be sent to me, they told me it had to be in writing, I faxed the letter.

I have called twice to find out where my refund is and they tell me they are behind with the refunds.

Today I received a magazine called Action Pursuit Games (we are 60 years old) I called the publisher to find out who ordered this subscription and they told me Magazine Fulfillment in Michigan City had paid them $29.00 for this magazine.

The ripoff is double-you buy People they deliver something useless to us, they collect 110 they deliver a 29,00 magazine useless to us.
