I called and email O Premium Water because I am disabled and can not afford their water any more. they told me that they will not let me out of the contract. I have been with them for approx 1 years and have had trouble with the coolers and deliveries.

Can some one help me, I have no money in my bank account and they are still going to take it out causing me to have backdrafts. These people are very nasty when you speak with them on the phone.

Edwardo,

File your complaint here. It's worth a shot.
Make sure you explain how it was that you were tricked into signing the contract.

Close your bank account and open a new one

Edwardo,

First let me say that if you signed a contract for 3 years, which is usually what they offer, then you are stuck with it.

YOu signed the contract, and unless there's a clause in there that says you can void the contract because you can no longer afford to pay, then you are legally liable for the contract.

With that said, you can close your bank account and open a new one under aanother account number. this will prevent the debits from going through to your old account.

HOWEVER, this does not absolve you of any liability on your contract. If the company so chooses, they can sue you for breach of contract and get judgment against you.

You can always hope the hassle of having to sue you would not be worth it.

This could also affect your credit rating, but if you really cant afford to pay, then this would be one possible course of action.

I sincerely hope things work out for the best for you.
