Hi,
Unfortunately we are the ones that has been taken for. I was at a friends house and a sales PERSON (I say a sales PERSON because a MAN does not lie, cheat and steal knowingly) came knocking on the door to see if we would like to try the water that they were soliciting. I overheard him talking about the unlimited water amount that they would have and that there would be no service agreement. That caught my attention because I was looking at getting a water cooler since summer was coming up.

I specifically asked if there were any service agreement to it. He told me that there was no agreement and that it would be on a month to month basis. The monthly fee would be $39.99 a month. If I wanted to cancel the service, I could and there would be no cancellation fee. I asked about the cooler. He said that after 6 months of service I would own the cooler and if I wanted to cancel the service after that, I could with no fees. I hesitated but he said that if both my friend and I signed up he would give me a free month of service and she would get a free dinner. I asked about the billing on the free month. He said that after I write out the 1st check, they will cash it and the next month it would be free, no charge. I believed him.

When it came down to filling out the forms, he seemed to be hiding some things, I tried to move the brochure that he was holding over some areas but he kept moving it back. I din't think anything of it because he kept trying to rush saying that we were his last customers and that it was the end of the route. I wrote him a check for my account. When it came down to signing up the account for my friend, she didn't have a check, just a debit card, he said that he couldn't take it and that I could write out a check and she could just make the monthly payments when she gets the bill for it or she could go down to the office on Broadway and make the payment.

I'm finding out that there is no bill, they automatically take it out of the account. I haven't had the water cooler for a month yet and I don't like the service already. I called "customer service" and spoke to Gaby. I told her to cancel my service. She told me that she couldn't. I told her that she can and she will. I don't care if I have to pay for fees. Just to cancel it. She was lost for words. She had no rebuttle to anything I was saying to her but just kept on saying you can't cancel your service. She asked if I would like to speak to her manager Melissa but I would have to leave a message to have her call me back. I didn't understand that question. She asked if I would like to talk to her manager but she's not in, leave a message? What kind of monkeys do they have working for this company?

I am not going to pay for the fees for cancelling the service. They can bill me all they want, I'll just close my account out and open a new account. It states on the agreement that you have 30 days to notify them to stop the autopay. Don't think that they can take it out on a monthly basis. Once you give them a 30 day notice, they cannot make any more withdrawals.

I too will not stop until they are out of business.
