An account was opened under my name without my authorization. They said I had signed the paperwork...but a sales rep has never step foot into my home.

Now, I am getting harassed to pay the unpaid balanced. I requested that all of the paperwork that I had signed be sent to me on 7-8-04. But before that I had to send over a copy of my driver licenses to compare the signatures. I proved them wrong and they said that they will close the account, but I still have to pay the unpaid balance. I told the manager, Colleen E. Sleveland that I was not going to pay nothing because I did not sign for nothing. Then Colleen started to accuse me of lying to her. Very, very rude...Customer Service!

You probably are wondering who was paying for the water. That is what I would like to know. You might have paid for my water and don't even know it. You better check your checking/savings account. I don't know who's account number O-Premium Waters was taking money out of. I do know it was not from my account.

Still waiting on the paperwork 7/28/04, but got a called today stating that they are sending the information over to collections. I told her if they do they will see themselves in court. What type of company is this?

Oh, by the way I even wrote a letter to the customer service department on July 8, 2004. Stating how unprofessional Colleen was to me. Still waiting on a reply as of date.
BEWARE OF O-PREMIUM WATER COMPANY...SCAMMERS!

First of all, I am sorry you faxed them your DL. You should not have sent them anything period. Take copies of everything you have from them and what you have sent them and go to the District Attorney's Office to file a complaint and to the Police Department to file a complaint. If this company does send you to collections, take down the name and phone number of the collection agency involved and graciously provide them with the telephone numbers of the DA and the PD. If your signature was forged, you are not responsible. They ARE responsible if they now know that agreement was forged and refused to do anything about it.
