I started service with o premium almost a year ago. When I signed up they told me all this great stuff about how it would be so much cheaper, and how I would get special promotions and also the first month free. Well, my nightmare started there.
Ever since I have been trying to cancel my service, but they will not. I am supposed to be able to cancel anytime, and keep my cooler. I called them about two months after service started and told them to come pick up my cooler and the empty bottles, and to cancel my account. I told them I put everything in writing and sent it in and heard nothing back. Since they have been trying to run my account for about 80 dollars every month.
THEY ARE CROOKS. Then they told me when my mom signed up that I would recieve 80 dollars in referral bonuses. YEAH right. I am to this day trying to get rid of them, they ARE liars, cheats, scandelous and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
