I opened the door, which was my mistake two sales men appeared to sell me the water in the apt complex,(no solicitation allowed). They went on telling me about the water and said I could cancell the service at any time and if I kept the service for more then three months then I could keep the cooler. I said great signed the papers they set every thing up and left me 3 bottles of water.
Two weeks had passed and I was suppose to recieve water and I didn't, so I wanted to cancel my service so I call the customer service and told them this and they said I couldn't cancel because I signed a 36 month contract I told her the two men who came to my door said it wasn't a contract and I wanted to make sure I wasn't signing a contract for the fact I don't like contracts. She said she did't care what the 2 men had told me and I was stuck so I said fine what ever, right very frustrated that I would be treated so rudely!
We set up a water date and I never recieved water so I called them again and told them this and they said oh delivery guy doesn't want to deliver there! Well I said get some one else, 3 days later I get my water.
Two months have passed and I have not recieved a bill nor water but yet I'm stuck in a 36 month contract for some thing I'm not recieving, how fair is that! I think we as in O Premium Water customers who have problems such as this should call 3 On Your Side and lets get them for treating and giving misleading information to customers.
