A person doing business at our address ordered O Premium's water service. That person subsequently left the premises, leaving the water cooler behind, and continues to run his business at another location. O Premium refuses to pick up their equipment and empty water bottles without a 30-day writen notice from the business which now occupies the space. Originally, this business said they would be responsible for all O Premium bills after June 1, 2004, however, O Premium discontinued delivery of water because the original responsible person had been past due. When water was not delivered, the business requested that the equipment be picked up and was advised that unless a 30-day cancellation notice was given, the equipment would not be picked up.

The business advised them that they did not have a signed contract with O Premium and again requested the equipment be picked up. O Premium refuses to pick up the equipment and continues to bill the new business for the equipment which was left behind by the person who actually authorized the contract with O Premium. Amazing.

They are a lesson in how not to do business.
