I was caught off gaurd by a phoney salesman named Shane. I was told I had a 14 day trial for the water and it was free for those 14 days. I was told to fill out some papers, " a contract,'" just in case something happened to the cooler. When 14 days had passed, I had called and called trying to get a hold of this jackass who's voicemail was the only thing I could get. So I called the Company who then stated that if I had a 14 day trial he needed to write that in the contract . I was furious that they can't do anything to these guys for their bad business and I'm the customer who has to pay for something I don't want.
So watch out! Don't let them in your house. If I ever see that scum bag he's going to get it. I'm going to do whatever I can to get my money back, whatever it takes so people know not to fall into the same trap.
