O'Reilly Auto Parts Ripped us off for $500 in a crisis Internet

We bought a generator from O'Reilly Auto Parts during tropical storm Sandy to pump out the water in the basement.  By the time we got home the electric was back on.

When we tried to return the generator half an hour later, they would not take it back.  Even though we had not opened the box and we had the original invoice.

They did not let us know beforehand that all sales are final.  This is printed on the receipt after you buy it.  At the bottom of receipt it says "all merchandise returned must be accompanied by this invoice"

Nothing like taking advantage of people in a crisis.
