well, It happeneed just as I expected, o2 sports has filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, I recieved notification today. Now there is nothing we can do but wait and see what happens. I was bugging them with emails, buy their Lawyer said that We are not legally able to move against them in any way, no calls, no mail, no contact what so ever...can't sue. I feel totally taken advantage of.. Hopefuly when the dust settles, we may be able to collect something. 'where is the tubs we paid for..I wonder if she can resell them or do they become part of a settlelment..after this thing is over.. more questions, than answers. If any one out there is familiar with how this works, please comment....
