I purchased a spa from O2 sports / O2divine spas and have had it now for aproximately 8 weeks. I really have not been able to use the spa due to leaks in the Plumbing and Pumps. The frame of the unit is metal and cracked off at the connections underneath.

I still have no cover for the spa that fits only a cover that was sent after 6 weeks of waiting and its wrong. The spa features do not work properly and will not maintain the spa set temperature.

I had a service man come and fix the leaks and they were supposed to pay this company. Well they didnt do that either. I am currently waiting for a return call from the company and keep leaving messages. They never return calls.

This was the worst purchase i have ever made on Ebay and will rethink of making a purchase this large again from an ebay retailer. There are other issues as far as warranty and trying to get parts to fix this tub. You can not buy them elsewhere and are stuck trying to buy them from o2 sports.

The hot tub in question is a 2008 Nassau 138 jet spa. It has a tv,dvd,mp3 etc. The spa shell is mared in places and far from perfect. I think its a blem.

If you are thinking of purchasing a spa from o2 sports/ o2 divine spas, think again. You are4 makinhg the wrong decision and look elsewhere.

Iona the owner will never return a call and recently another company said they were taking the company over and will resolve all issues. Well that hasnt happened either. I hope no else gets ripped off like i did in the future and that is why i wrote this. O2 divine spas / O2 sports is the worst company i ever delt with via the internet.

O2 Sports Inc is a fraudulent company. I bought a 120 Jet spa that arrived damaged, ripped cover, gouched acrylic, broken wood skirt,. The spa was advertised as sub zero insulation but was virtually uninsulated. A new cover was shipped b ut also arrived ripped. The company said to have the acrylic fixed locally and they sent a cheque but it bounced. They also told me to buy a cover locally and they would send a cheque, but it never arrived. All calls to the company now go to a mailbox and they never return calls. The waterfalls don't work properly and had to be bypassed. One of the airpumps stopped working after only a week and is now shorting out the whole spa. Its a cheaply made Chinese piece if junk.

Perhaps try to get your money back from the credit card company for receiving product not as described, or damaged product. O2 Sports will most likely be out of business soon from my research. I bought a spa and I'm trying to get my money back now. I'd try to file with my credit card company if it was at all possible.

Jeff,
Do a search on this site and you will come up with several other 02 sports customers who have had much worse experiences than you. At least you got your hot tub. There are several numbers or agencies to call on these postings and they should be able to help you with your problem. Like you i am one of those that has been ripped off. We all need to do something about it...including you.
