Complaint Review: Oak Grove Investments LLC

 Was contacted by Andreas H Von Flotow on Connected Investors, which is a legit social network for investors, private lenders, and hard money lenders. Andreas is the owner of Oak Grove Investments of Hood River, OR. They are licensed in Nevada. They promised me a $45,000.00 loan at 4%. Just had to do an insurance policy for $750, which should have been the 1st clue. Then said everything was approved, just needed $1680 for tax policy. Said they would put $680 on the loan if I could pay $1000. Paid the $1000 then was told needed another amount which I finally said enough is enough, just return my $1750. I was then told that he would. After almost a month, and still no refund, I am asked for a $150 processing fee to get my refund. Andreas is a theif and a liar that had no intentions of doing anything he says. He has an accomplice by the name of Monica Vaughan.
