I went to Oak Motors on August 18th and went here because I was constantly being called by a "Bob" to come in!! They needed a paystub and was very demanding about the fact I bring one all because I placed in an online application, I unfortunately went in and got conned into buying one of the vehicles apart of the deal for finanacing was the fact that I WANTED/NEEDED biweekly payments and that I would not be putting anymore then $500 down or I would be headed to Kia of Muncie to finanace a vehicle which let me say I almost wish I would of gone to, They said 500 down would be no problem at all and we proceeded with the deal .we get to figuring out the paperwork and come to find out I have 5 extra $115 payments a week I have to pay when apart of the deal was my first payment would not be due until October which is apart of the reason I was so excited was because they told me I would have nothing at all due until October. it wasn't until we began signing paperwork that I was placed into the spot and everyone began staring at me making me uncomfortable and talked me into signing the papers stating "They'll work with you if you end up missing any payments,

Well long story short I paid my first payment and next thing I see is they've added an extra $80 a month for insurance coverage when I already have Auto Insurance Coverage and I contiously keep sending it over with no response, Here I am paying $655 over a course of 5 weeks for a 2012 with 125,000 miles!!! The fact that I make a decent amount every month that the average person makes does not mean you can take a huge chunk of my money, I have other bills to pay for!!!

, Well long story short I payed for my car payment with an ACH transaction and my bank said everything went through and I went on with my week I get a text message about a week later demanding "PAYMENT IS DUE TODAY YOUR ACH BOUNCED AND WE WILL NO LONGER ALLOW YOU TO PAY WITH CHECKS YOU MUST PAY CARD OR CASH, Why would I want to use my card on your poorly coded website where hackers can aquire my card? I was completly screwed over on this finanace deal and honestly expected better from Oak Motors but man was I wrong, I was paying $386 on a 2016 Passat with 50K miles and here I am being completly screwed over on this vehicle, I was conned by Oak Motors of Muncie I feel like and this is ridiclous, Not to mention that my car was in the shop a week later after I had it for 9 days and resulted in me getting highly behind on my payments and I'm not expecting to be able to get anything caught up for another week and here they are today demanding I pay $410 or I assume they'll repossess me for a fault that they had and not my bank!!!, I honestly don't even want to be in a deal with this company anymore I'd rather go to JD Byrider .

I want this vehicle off of my credit because It's been nothing but constant issues and a shady Dealership and terrible and rude Finanace Company, I either want this darn vehicle refinanced for more reliable terms or I honestly want out of this loan considering I've had it since August 18th and it's been nothing but a large landfill of issues, You won't let me pay with my check so I guess I'll just take the respossession and fight it off of my credit with my Credit Attorney and head elsewhere, Because I personally feel ripped off and insulted the fact they're piling all of this money onto me and editing how much I paid in an attempt to try and get more money from me, Thank you very much for screwing me over Oak Motors of Muncie and Indiana finanace company.
