Indiana finance prevented me from making my payments online by disabling my account, which occured twice and can only be turned back on when you call them.. I did not have a phone at the time and they repoed my car! When my husband called to find out where the vehicle was they told him they didn't know..however when we finally got the information on our vehicles wherabouts, so that we could remove our property, we went to the repo lot. When we arrived, our belongings were taken out of the vehicle as demanded by indiana finance early that morning, When they lied and said they didn't know where it was.
When we made our final call to oak motors and indiana finance they told us they were unwilling to accept any payments and also informed us that they had a tracking device installed on all of their vehicles, which does not state so in the lease agreement! Althpugh they did not need this bc I kept my address updated, not to mention its an invasion of privacy and against the law. We are currently suing them as they prevented me from making my payments and they told us they were unwilling to work out an agreement so that we could keep the car because we did not live in their state anymore. My husband got a job in ohio a mere two hours away. In their perfect world they want to sell my vehicle and stick me with a bad credit score and the bill, however they violated many of my rights as a consumer under the fair credit laws and they will be getting this one shoved up their #$#. Don't do business with this company if you are an honest, hardworking individual with a family, they will screw you over!!

MY HUSBAND IS BUYING A CAR FROM THE OAK MOTORS WEST AND WE HAD SOME TROUBLE AND YES I COMPLAINED ALSO AND DID A REIVEW ON THE BUSINESS ON YELP YES THEY HAVE OAK MOTORS ON THERE POST ON THERE TELL THEM HOW YOU FEEL ON THERE WE HAD TROUBLE WITH CAR THE STARTER WENT OUT THEY WASN'T GOING TOO REPLACE IT BUT IFC TOLD THEM THEY HAD TOO THAT LADY CALLED THE CAR JUNK LOL!!!! THE SALES LADY GOT THE BLAME AND LIED ABOUT HOW EVERYTHING IS NEW ON IT AND IT WASN'T SO THEY PUT IN A NEW STARTER AND IT'S RUNNING ALRIGHT NOW. THE MULFUNCTION LIGHT IS COMING ON NOW THEY NEED TO GIVE US ANOTHER CAR OR I WILL HAVE MY HUSBAND TRADED IT OFF FOR A BETTER CAR. IT'S STINK AND SHE IS RIGHT I SAW THE COMMERICIAL FOR THIS THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER CAR AND SO FAR WE ARE YET TOO GET A REPLACEMENT WHAT A JOKE I KNOW WE WON'T DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND ANDY MORH FORD THAT IS A PATHETIC JOKE TRYING TO GET A CAR OFF OF THEM THEY LIE ALSO. THEY TOLD US WE WAS GOING TO GET ONE THEN TOLD US ARE CREDIT WAS BAD BUT THEY EXCEPT CONSUMERS WHO HAVE BAD CREDIT ALSO SO THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE US A CAR WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE THEY NEED TO HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES IN THAT PLACE. GOOD LUCK TOO YOU I HOPE IT WORKS OUT FOR YOU I KNOW IT SUCKS.

You don't know what you're talking about...plain and simple. Installing a GPS to locate the car when you subprime whiners don't make your payments is not illegal nor required as a contract stipulation. Since you are so worried about it, you knew you didn't have the integrity to make your payments and you knew a repo was the end result, now you're all pissed off because they exercised their rights under contract ONLY because YOU failed to live up to your responsibility. All the other aspects of their collections efforts are perfectly legal and common place when dealing with subprime thinking welfare type loosers like you. So let's see Big Spender, you don't have two pennies to rub together and pay your bills on time but now allegedly you have come up with the money to pay an attorney to sue over a LEGAL REPO AND CONTRACTUAL COLLECTIONS matter! Right. Sure. We're all very impressed! You sorry loosers make me sick! No, I don't work for them!
